ORDER SHIPPING AND DELIVERY DATES
In the event that an item is out of stock, Viveltre, Inc. will substitute for an item of equal or gretaer value to ensure your order arrives on schedule.
“Limited Edition” flavors are available for short period of time while supplies last. Orders with delayed delivery containing limited edition flavors will be substituted for different flavor(s) if limited edition flavor(s) are no longer available at the time of shipment.
In order to avoid delays in transit, orders are shipped Monday through Thursday. All orders (unless otherwise requested in writing) are shipped via USPS Priority Mail and normally take 1-3 Business Days to arrive once shipped.
“Deliver On” date that is selected during checkout is not a guarantee. While Viveltre, Inc. will make every effort to deliver the order on time, due to the nature of our products delays in production might occur. When using delayed delivery option please allow a cushion of 2-3 extra days (for example if your event is on Friday, select Tuesday as desired delivery date). Furthermore, Viveltre, Inc. shall not be held responsible for USPS delays, disruptions and misroutings. Please account for possible delays during major Holidays. For guaranteed delivery date please contact us for Fedex Overnight shipping rate prior to placing your order.
SHIPPING ERRORS, LOST & DAMAGED PACKAGES
Lost or damaged claims can only be filed for shipments over $50.00 in value and can only be done after 30 days from package shipment. Viveltre, Inc. is not responsible for 3rd party shipping errors, omissions, misrouted or damaged shipments. We’re also not responsible for lost or stolen packages as well as packages left outside and weather conditions.
CUSTOMER SUPPLIED INCORRECT ADDRESS
When a package is not delivered and returned to Viveltre, Inc. due to an error made by the customer in submitting shipping address, Viveltre, Inc. will reship the package with corrected address and charge an additional (equal to the original) shipping fee for the shipment. Viveltre, Inc. will not provide replacement product.
Viveltre, Inc. will be happy to cancel your order prior to it going into Production. Orders may not be canceled or refunded once they have gone into production or any process thereafter.
RETURNS / REFUNDS
Due to the custom nature of the products, produced/completed/shipped orders may not be returned and/or refunded. Gift Cards are not refundable or redeemable for cash.
